Bad day

It's really bad day today... i got scolded by my general manager and because of this, my supervisors and senior got scolded by him... It's all because i didn't answer him professionally on the phone... I really feel very bad... Having my lunch break now, but dun have any appetite to eat anything...
I went to see doctor that day and she said that i have some gastric problem... I noe that not eating will worsen my situation but... Haiz... She advised me not to eat chilli, curry, laska, fried food and cold drink... I'm juz gonna die of hunger then... having a bad headache right now, hope it will go off soon...
