of lilies and roses.
old people are the cutest, in their own ways.
and becca still sleeptalks - when we ask her questions as she is in her half-conscious state of mind - after our 12 years of friendship and staying overs.
"Becca, are you a pig?" "No...."
"Becca, are you not a pig?" "NoomMMmM.."
"Becca, do you like chester or shaun?" (shaun's this really long ago guy from Janice's choir group) "No...."
And after millions of questions and her answering "NOOOO" to every other qns, me and janice decided to ask this question:
"Becca, do you like chester?"
and sweetly, she unconsciously said...
"Yes..."
=D she didn't even remember what we asked her the next morning.
and then tonight ends, at 12am.

Plan
Becky jotted on Thursday, December 20, 2007 @ 11:35 PM
God planned everything in our life.
I met this couple who just got engaged last month. The bride got into a accident on the day before, but she manage to pull through on the solemnization day. But the husband called up a few days back and said that her wife is diagnosed with breast cancer. He request to postpone their wedding if her wife manage to pull through the chemotherapy. If not he will forfeit the whole lump sum of deposit and cancel the wedding. When my wedding planner said that she was so sorry to hear what happened. The groom was very positive, saying that it's no use getting all upset but most importantly help to cheer her up. I'm glad to know that he's very strong. Hope everything goes well.
Anyway, I'm on leave tomorrow! So happy =)

second roll of LCA photos are out! its MUCH better than the first roll although most of the pics are still blur so its still kinda disappointing.. but here are the pretty ones.. oh ya. i realised im not so upset about the blurness because the splitzer has helped to make the blurred ones more interesting.. yupz.. thank you zhong! :D
oooooo.. i love this. other than the effect that i love, im quite amazed that it has turned out so well. i had taken both shots without looking through the viewfinder. which means that i didnt know whether zhong was on the right side of the camera. wow.. to think it came out perfect! :D im going try more of this on the next roll..

when you lose someone.
furthermore, your mum at a young age.
it's inexpressible, the grief and the torment of the mind - of the utmost wails and cries. and the times when you're deafening-ly silent, great sorrow and excruciating pain creep in, only to slam you hard with rapid recollections, extreme emotions, and tears that well up in your eyes. of lost hope, of great emptiness and an insatiable longing.
and when you climb up the stairs of the overhead bridge and reach the top where a long path lies ahead to the other side of the road, you almost collapse physically and internally. but something's pushing you from behind, like how someone pushes you when u run/jog/walk/stroll during cross country. and you struggle so hard to take each step, like as if asthma's gotten you and your tear gland is malfunctioning,
and you desperately cry, God grant me strength to walk this road!
badly shaken and overflowing with anguish, you put out your foot to step into the trench of mud, only to wonder what happens next and when will you be fine again.
this is when the strong breaks into a insubstantial mass of i-don't-know-what, in this moment of agony and desolation, bereft of any ounce of strength to even breathe anymore. literally.
and these words mentioned above fail badly to capture anything felt by you.
i hope they're fine.

why does the moon look so sad tonight?
it merely reflects the light of the sun.
and being shrouded with grey clouds,
leaves only a trail of its luminous crescent.
and when the day breaks,
and the sun shines brightly again,
which suppresses the fading light of it,
it walks away into the blanket of night,
hmm, maybe runs away instead.
the moon is beautiful, people seldom take note of it. well, maybe that's the beauty of it, remaining as an insignificant sight in the night sky.
i love the moon, it's pretty in itself.
And together with the night and the, well, not-so-myraid-of-stars, mellowness lingers.
may one appreciate its beauty together with me.
the moon revolves around the earth, but
the earth revolved around the sun.

I was just browsing through the previous posts. Feel so bad cause the blog feels more like Eunice's own personal blog instead of HAPPY THREE FRIENDS'.
One question, why would you want to work as a wedding planner? It's not really related to what you are currently studying. But you know what? Think I'm going to that direction! My Director of Sales & Marketing want me to go into wedding. (I haven give her a final answer yet) I'm definately not gonna be at that managerial position so soon. Maybe gave me 1 year or so? I'm gonna work real hard so that we can go holidays as often as we want!!! Are we going to one next year? We make it a point to go every year? Yeah!
Time flies...

It's coming to the end of 2007 in no time. The thought of me thinking about what course to take after my 'O's is all over. It's my working life now. No matter how busy i am in future, Eunice, Janice and I will still be HAPPY THREE FRIENDS!!! I love them =)
Anyways, Christmas is coming too... Thought of what to give me already? *Grinz*

i guess, the reason why we don't like fleeting moments, the temporarity of this life is because we long and yearn for something eternal. wired in our DNA.
and then Cherish takes on a deeper meaning.

it's amusing how someone just spent 1.5 mil on a dog collar, when i flip down the next few pages which shows about people suffering. the newspapers feel like they belong to the Harry Potter society.. like a mash salad of the world.
december's here. it's my favouritest month, when a silent peace sinks in. it's like as if, the month itself brings a smile. the only time when i can walk down orchard feeling a sense of silent happiness. december is beautiful... maybe i shld name my kid, december. i haven't gotten a chance to walk down orchard at night, anyone?
